Cablenet understands the difficulties that people are facing during these unprecedented times and would like to remind all subscribers that there will be no interruption of any services due to unpaid bills (March and April).

At the same time, we would like to provide information on how you can pay your bills online.  More specifically, Cablenet subscribers can pay their bills:

  1. Through the Cablenet Subscribers’ portal,, using your access code
  2. Through, for immediate payment of your bill (no access code required)
  3. Through the website under the category “Telephone & TV Providers”
  4. Through the web banking of your bank

You can reach our Call Centre on 130 (or 120 for our Business customers). The Call Centre continues to operate as normal and can provide any information regarding online payments.
